We were up before the crack of dawn today arriving at the hospital around 5:30 am. We left late (what would you expect from the Aslesen's?) but as a result of my driving skills and mostly legal speeds we were only slightly late.
I had prayed specifically that the IV would go in smoothly as Tammy was a little nervous about that part since it was an issue the last time. Praise God, she did not feel anything!
She went into the OR about 7 am.
