Raised from the bed

Tammy got out of the bed for the first time since surgery! First she sleeps in till 11, then sits around in the chair being waited on hand and foot. Okay, I am joking of course!!

She is definitely feeling a little better as she has been saying "sorry" to every doctor, nurse and nurses aid this morning! Again if you know her at all that is just  her.

The IV pain meds have been removed and she is taking oral pain meds.  The plan is to have her sit in the chair for a little, then try walking a little, then tonight jog around the courtyard and Sunday run a 1/2 marathon.  Sorry, she will be skipping the jog and marathon for now.
